Well im trying to create a "SuperEPROM" board without recreating the CoCoSDC.  Its something I can look at though.

If you're going to incorporate an Atmega328, why not use an SD card instead
of EEPROM.  It would be easier for the users to transfer cartridge images
to an SD card than it would be to re-program an EEPROM. You can also fit a
lot more than 32 images on the SD card.
