For looking at .dsk files and transferring files:

EmuDisk

It may abort on some .dsk so there also is:

CoCoDskUtil
http://cococoding.com/cocodskutil/

It has it's problems also.

Then there is:

a plug in for the total comander doing many things:

I suggest that if you have the XPMODE Virtual Machine installed that you use it, you never know when the programs not written for W7 will destroy your system. YMMV
