[Coco] Coco SDC availability

Both are sold. The Post Office website is giving me a hard time, so It's 
going to take me an extra day to send them out. The USPS website has refused 
every form of payment I tried to use. Even PayPal.

I'm going to go through my Coco stuff tomorrow and see what I have surplus 
to sell.

I might have a Speech and Sound Cartridge, and I know I have a Disto RS-232 
Pak. I have a Lowerkit 2, but the pins got all bent and broken, and I'm 
halfway through desoldering the old pins and socket, and replacing them.
