[Coco] DW4 from CVS/Sourceforge checkout

I checked out a copy of the Sourceforge DriveWire 4 server code. Inside I see there is DW4UI.jar already built, but when I try to run it using the command in the ReadMe:

java -jar DW4UI.jar -noui (with or without that)

...it starts, but after "handler #0 is ready" followed by "handler #2 is ready" and "waiting for client" it throws an exception. Array index out of range: 2

This is on a Win 7 system, from a MinGW shell. Everything is kept at defaults.

Without -noui, it does start up the GUI, but exceptions are being thrown.
