[Coco] New project for loading DriveWire HDB-DOS

Because the cassette port is so simple (meaning just using a standard
cable), I'd personally rather just see a Web- or app-based solution for the
CoCo that just serves up all of the available files similar to something
like this: http://asciiexpress.net/diskserver/ or this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.kica.tapdancer&hl=en .
Programs like that work extremely well and make use of equipment everyone
already has.
