[Coco] Found another error

I'm in the process of fixing that issue, but it's gonna be a slow process. I have only Acrobat 7 and a slow machine. But I'll do my best.

Sadly, the Internet Archive has the same error. 

So there was not an independent scanning of Rainbow. 

It can be fixed using "Adobe Acrobat 9+" but it will be a difficult job as so many pages have no number.
