I checked my copies and they are indeed the fixed versions. Another 
reason why I like the CoCo repository! Easy to use, well layed out and 
well maintained! Bravo Guillaume!

The delay does help, although if you miss the delay, you have to listen 
to the whole tune.

BREAK during playback to abort would be nicer but... beggers can't be 
choosers.    :)

And now that I listen to those tunes, I'm more conviced they are simple 
square wave notes (cutting edge Apple II style), no wavetables here.

A question about the SS/C cartridge for anyone, would providing a new 
clock input (with a crystal) to the SS/C make it normal and double clock 
speed compatible (rather than doubling the CoCo's current E clock) or 
does it rely on the CoCo's clock for sync?

Just wondering if there is a way to make all SS/C cards "CoCo clock 
speed immune".
