I don't have high hopes for this.
The current Rpi models are horribly (unusable) slow running the graphical
desktop, even when the CPU is overclocked.
I don't expect that additional cores will help much, especially when
running Windows.
Windows 7 is great, but I run 3GHz machines at work, so I don't notice how
inefficient the OS is.
Noone knows what windows 10 will be like.
