[Coco] CocoSDC first time startup

Nick,

I just put a brand new untouched 16 GB sd card into my CocoSDC, and it 
behaves correctly. I just get I/O error if I type DIR, which is to be 
expected. If I type: DRIVE 0,"TEST.DSK",NEW it creates a new file, and I 
can then type DIR and get the right response as for an empty disk.
