Make sure all DIP switches are in the OFF position and there is no jumper
installed in the AUTO position.

The LED should light up for a couple seconds and then turn off.  If it
remains on then the card is not being recognized by the firmware. This
usually happens when the card is not inserted/seated properly or if it has
not been formatted with a FAT16 or FAT32 file system.
