[Coco] real switch type pc or vintage keyboard

These are getting a bit scarce I'm afraid, and you might be surprised at
what you'll pay for one these days.

http://www.clickykeyboards.com/ has a lot of the old IBM models, while
http://pckeyboard.com/ produces new-manufacture versions of the old IBM
boards.

They're not cheap though; otherwise you're best off just trying to get
lucky on eBay.
