[Coco] Speech and Sound Cartridge under NitrOS9

I took the code out which sets the sound multiplexer to cartridge input and 
now it works. I don't know why. I don't have a clue what a sound multiplexer 
is but the addresses are in the PIAs. Ongoing fun with the CoCo.
