[Coco] Toolshed help or alternative?

I feel so stupid.  I wanted to give a screenshot of what I was seeing so I
downloaded the newest version, fired up my command prompt and sure enough
... DECB worked like a charm.  Go figure.  Oh well - onward and upwards!
It helped to ask because well, now it is working...
