​That is actually good news then.  You have a upgraded ROM set for HDD
booting.  So if you decide to make a SCSI2SD based bootable SD card you
will need to make sure you configure the SCSI2SD to limit the sectors.​
 Logical sectors should be 524280 if my math is right.  Anything more
than 524280 cluster size will jump to 2.
