[Coco] OS9 68K, MM/1 software and questions

Apparently the original distribution did come with a C compiler, K&R (pre-ANSI).
I have no idea how decent it was.  There would also be Ultra-C for OS9 68K,
though that would not include anything MM/1 specific I suppose.
