[Coco] Mechanical keyboard upgrades for the CoCo

As I mentioned before, you don't need a CPLD for a different key layout, just patch the EX BASIC ROM code and replace the ROM and replace the keyboard driver in OS-9. But I do like the idea of having the original layout.
