[Coco] new mylar

Hi Josh / Al,

I have one from the Coco 3 keyboard I purchased on eBay.  It's not torn, 
but has been butchered pretty bad with attempted repairs. Some of the 
trace sections are missing, but enough is there is to use as a template 
to design a new one.
