[Coco] Semigraphics modes examples

You use a PS/2 keyboard and the FPGA makes the software believe it's a 
standard CoCo 3 keyboard.  Gary Becker, the developer, designed an 
analog board for interfacing joysticks and he's creating a new design 
that will also add some more functionality for RTC, etc.
