Parts ordered!

Been thinking of ways to make this work without modifying the case. The best solution might be to use the mini-din to 5xRCA cable that is commonly used by Direct TV boxes. That would give RGB video + LR audio (dual mono of course), all without having to drill the case. Those cables only cost a few dollars on Amazon.

The third uses a somewhat esoteric opamp from AD but it can run on 5v. It would be best to use commonly available parts though because AD is prone to discontinue products with little notice :-/
