[Coco] Kipper SBC v1 Update

Actually, I assume that the clock circuit of the 6809 will run at 7.3728
MHz but the clock is divided by four internally and so you'll end up
with a 1.8432 MHz clock for the CPU and the 6850 UART. The 68A50 is
rated for a maximum of 1.5 MHz so it would have to be 'overclocked' by
about 23%. It's hard to say for sure whether the 68A50s will work or
not. I've seen many chips like this run faster than advertised without
a problem but I've also seen others that wouldn't.

Unfortunately, even though I live here in Illinois I won't be able to
attend the CoCoFest as I already have obligations that can't be changed
this weekend. I'm about 2 hours south of Chicago on I-55 so if you're
on your way and want to swing by and pick them up you're more than welcome.
