[Coco] MC6847 + Component video

And we have a circuit breadboarded :) Won't be able to test drive it until I get back from Chicago. If it works, and more importantly performs well, how much interest is there? I know that neither him or I have the time to build anything beyond very small numbers, so if there is a high demand, it would be best to hand the design off to someone that is better equipped.
