[Coco] RGB2VGA Converter PCBs - Ship them or take them to theCoCoFEST?

Hi Michael,
I've been thinking about this a lot and decided that I'll go ahead and open up round two of orders for the RGB2VGA Converter V1 project with the understanding that I will need to complete all of the orders of round one of the RGB2VGA Converters including the testing and shipping phases as well as getting out the Wordpak2+ boards before any work begins on round two.  If this is acceptable to you and everyone  else who are interested in getting in on this second round of orders, then please do send in your committed order at the current price and we can settle up later if there is any price difference.  Remember, this time I'm opening this up to bard boards, kits and full assembly.  Thank you for your interest in this project.  I do appreciate it.
