[Coco] RGB2VGA Converter PCBs - Ship them or take them to theCoCoFEST?

It still uses the core PCB of an Altera based FPGA development board, but costs far less.

One reason to go with the DE-0 Nano setup would be if you also wanted to have the board 
to experiment with FPGAs in addition to using it for the RGB2VGA.
