I do remember picking it up a Radio Shack on a clearance and it wasn't working so I offered the manager $5 and he let me have it because it would not fire up in the store. I took it home, reseated all the socketed chips and it fired right up. The other one I think I got with my CoCo 3 and never did much. However it has a Composite Video Mod and a Lowercase Kit. And a Reverse Video Mod. There's two toggle switches sticking out of the right side, one for reverse video toggle and the other for Lowercase. I tested all of that it works great. I've had these packed away in boxes for a very long time so I'm glad they are still working.

Both cases are very yellowed and I need to buy some rubber feet for one of them (least of my concerns), but it's nice to have extra CoCo's available as spares and for projects. Not exactly sure where I can set things things up at this point, or how I'm going to use them. Since I will have a CoCo SDC soon, at least I'll be able to fire things up on them without using Cassette and I can leave me Floppy System hooked to the CoCo 3.

If I'm lucky, it will turn up eventually as I continue to go through my stuff. I do remember it was modified for the CoCo 3, I had ordered the part and did that myself several years ago. If I can't find it, I'm going to have to either get something off of eBay or possibly buy one of the replacements that have been discussed on the list. Have to see how that goes. Luckily, I currently don't need one, but eventually it would be nice to have one for obvious reasons. :)
