[Coco] MC6847 External ROM REV02

Yep.  :)

It will support either 27128 or 27256 ROMS for 8 or 16 character sets.
I have a couple of extra dip switches on this one to experiment with
inverse mode, mixed character sets etc.  

We can see what kinds of nifty fonts we can come up with!  :)
