Modulator?  Thats in a tin can ON the motherboard.  Never ever had a 
plastic baggie, so I have to assume you mean the antenna switchbox that 
was usually put on the tv 300 ohm terminals if it was a tv and the coco 
display. Anybody can put a twinkie bag on a used one.
