Taken from the ShellPlus 2.1 documentation.

Path= allows you to specify alternate directorys to search for commands. ... 
The specified paths are retained when
subshells are forked, either by directly calling the shell (shell i=/w&) or by
running a shellscript/memscript.

Yes, I also have CC3GO in my last OS-9 system.
