[Coco] OS/9 Command to gain keyboard control from script

For example I found this script for launching King's Quest 1:

cd /dd/games/kq1
chx /dd/games/kq1/cmds
/dd/cmds/shell i=/v1 Sierra&
/dd/cmds/display 1b 21 > /v1

This calls Sierra into v1 window and then the display automatically
switches to that.
