[Coco] Stable colours

Maybe a sinlge port SRAM might work. I need to build a latch in vhdl. It
reads at 25Mhz and writes once each 8 cycles at 114Mhz. The write could be
delayed, while the genlock is digitizing the next pixel, it takes 8 cycles.

I do have a SRAM at home. Maybe I can try it.
