Not to mention if these maps were to be released into the public
domain!

That destroys the whole fun of the game if one can refer to a full
solution! 

Do whatever you want but keep it to yourself. Don't destroy the
element of discovery for others to enjoy.

 That was half the fun of it, for me. Still got a folder of hand-drawn
maps 
 from 30 years ago lying around here. I was never a fan of the games
that 
 mapped for you as you went. But each to their own...
