No, that's the complete board. Add 4 AUD for shipping. Search for
EP2C5T144 on eBay.

I just googled the number, didn't check e-bay. Nice little board! Solves
the problem of soldering a surface mount chip, but would need another
board with all the peripheral circuitry. Could be a viable option though,
as everything can be made with discrete components that are easily
soldered in.
