[Coco] drivewire 4 with vcc 1.43beta

This is all good advice.  I'll add that you should see "DW: OK" or
"Connected" or something else that sounds good in the lower right corner of
VCC.  If you don't see any mention of DW, its not enabled in VCC, if the
DW: message isn't positive then let us know what it says.
