Well, I haven't been able to secure one to reverse engineer it, but I 
assume it's a few switches, a few connectors, and some TTL that needs to 
be converted into a CPLD.  I assume this would work:

I'm hesitant to commit to a design just yet, mainly as I think this 
looks like a Winter project, but I assume Kip could lay out a board and 
run it as John had designed it.
