In short, no. Even if it were possible (hardware-wise) the Coco itself 
couldn't support a USB host stack (software).

USB devices will have to be controlled via a discrete USB host device 
(micro) and then interfaced from there, most probably by emulating the 
Coco peripherals on the micro. Just like the CocoSD in fact!
