[Coco] Computer History Museum releases source code for CP/M

AFAIK, CP/M has been open source since 2001.  The main significance of
this release is that the versions released are much older than the
previously released versions. Personally, the DRI compilers are more
interesting than CP/M, but we're unlikely to ever see that source.
