[Coco] 2MB CoCo3 expanson board "bounty"

Well, after looking at Bill's CoCo3 motherboard, what the bounty really
need to be for is a new CoCo motherboard with a USB keyboard and 2MB
integrated into it. Oh, and throw in a VGA connector. And is the thing
could be sped up a little and the crippling GIME replaced.... Hmmm....
sounds like we're back to just buying a DE1 board and loading the FPGA. If
that just had some kind of option for a real floppy drive... and some kind
of enhanced sound would be nice... No one on this list ever wants much, do
they???
