[Coco] 1 or 2 meg upgrade

Nick,
The Triad already has 1M of memory already on the card. Upper 512K is locked out via the upper Ax bit is tied low.

It would take a DAT board like Tony D. had to utilize it.
I will not be making a Triad type card for this. Mine will be the in the SB. Yes working on it when I can.

Winter in MN so CoCo time is now getting more plentiful again.
Cleaning office and workbench areas to be more efficient.

Would be nice to see Cloud9 release a 1/2Mb version of the triad.
