[Coco] MShell The Ultimate OS9 File Manager

Hey Nick,  I can cobble together a whole disk for you... nitros +
mshell all preinstalled installed.  The whole image can be zipped down
to nothing.  Bill's Mshell is pretty slick, BTW, and I think all
people should see it work.  Can you do DW?
