[Coco] CoCo SDC availability

Hello everyone,

After this weekend I hope to be done (or nearly done) building and sending out
everyone’s SDC from the 100 unit run.

For anyone who missed this run, I’ve decided to continue to make CoCo SDC’s
available on an ongoing basis, rather than collect names for future runs.

I’ll be ordering boards/parts in smaller quantities, so prices will be
slightly higher due to a lack of quantity discounts, but they will be available.
