[Coco] Ownership of NitOS-9

Yep. Surprised me too. I saw the file MINTED in the CMDS directory but
a name such as MINTED didn't occur to me as being a text editor. Maybe
a name change (MEDIT)?

The "official" starting NitrOS-9 manual didn't list it

Is there any occompanying documentation that can be downloaded or
distributed with each revision of the NitrOS-9?

I would assume that there would be somewhere that lists all the
changes and additions with each revision?
