[Coco] Incorrect errmsg file in NitrOS-9 v3.3.0

Kip,
are you trying to use Bill's "starter kit"? If so, Bill has indicated to 
me that some files were over-written inadvertantly. This included the 
errmsg and hlpmsg files in the SYS directory.
