[Coco] internet access

That may change soon, as I am currently doing a full FTP client through DriveWire and Bill Pierce I think, is doing a lot more with Mshell.  I don’t see why we can’t do Email as well.  Protocol isn’t that difficult through DriveWire, so possibilities are endless now.
