[Coco] CM8 replacement

Sounds like it wouldn't work properly with a CoCo 3, which needs analog
RGB, since this one has no analog capability, unlike the Tandy CM-8 that it
is supposedly a replacement for.  I think you'd get only 8 colors instead
of the full range.
