Two options:

Start it with this command:

sudo java -Dorg.eclipse.swt.browser.DefaultType=mozilla -jar DW4UI.jar

Wait for the next version, which will let found tart but by double clicking
something (assuming I can figure out something Ubuntu will let me use to do
that).
