[Coco] Drivewire and Ubuntu

Dunno.  Definitely seems like Ubuntu and DW don't work well together these
days.  You could go the Wine route I suppose but seems like a hassle just
for DW.

Do make sure you're using ROM or wav from
http://www.frontiernet.net/~mmarlette/Cloud-9/Software/DriveWire3.html
And the instructions there tell exactly which file you want.
