[Coco] vcc help

hi guys

im new to emulaters so I was wondering  if someone could help me
I currently have vcc installed   is there a better one

on vcc  what keys  do you use  for the break key  and  the left/right up/down arrows

how do you  load files with the extention
.cas
.ccc

also  what is the easiest way to copy all the .dsk .cas .ccc ect  back to real coco disk


also  does anyone know of a good site to get dragon 64 files and info  as I just got a brand new one
