Hi Jim!
I'd like to see a choice for us as far as ethernet solutions are concerned
as well as other means of communications. I'm all for using the latest in
modern technology to enhance and augment our little Cocos. Let's take the
Coco as far as we can go! I personnally prefer a wired network for security
reasons ( long story ) although with Cocos that's probably not so important
as it is with Intel/AMD based PCs.
A Wifi solution would be fun too especially when we all go to Coco
conventions. We could all link up for some great project like creating a
Coco based Supercomputer like what was joked about on April Fools Day. :)
I loved that by the way. Once the bottleneck with data communications
between Cocos and Drivewire 4 Servers running on PCs and whatever else that
gets created is increased to be as fast as our little great and mighty Coco
can go, who knows what else we will all be able to do! I'm always
interested in the interesting ideas that are crawling around in our members'
minds. There have been some really interesting ideas over the years! Keep
coming up with great ideas. Take care my friends.
Kip

I don't mean to get things off topic, but if Ethernet support is of
interest, please let me know. I'm happy to help with the HW for such an
item, (probably Wifi at this point, since hardline is not as useful
anymore), but SW is not my strong suit.
