    let me add to what advice Gene gave you about 360k  drives that I
have learned the hard way over the years.
 
 
First  clean the back connectors with Acetone which is best.
second "refresh" the hold the ribbon cable connectors have on the
cable.    Do this by putting them in a vice and applying  pressure to
reseat them.    
and third take the disks out of the drives before you power down the
system.    The  voltage spike can often mess up the  control code on
the disks that can't be fixed except with a complete reformat losing  all
data.
