Side Note:  I used to used "makewav" for producing CLOADM-able wavs, but
found that the execution address was encoded in the wrong endianness:  AKA
a exe address of 0x2600 ended up encoded as 0x0026.  I had to patch the
source with a byte swap routine and it worked fine.   I'm not sure if this
fix ever made it into the official source....
