[Coco] Color Basic

"Getting Started with Color Basic" is the one that was originally released with the last few sections missing. A friend of mine and I both got our Coco 1's within a month of each other in the summer of 1981 (he was ahead of me)... he got the origiinal, cut-down manual, but an E board, and I got the new, full manual, but with a D-board.
